Tools
Run your own numbers on an AI decision
These are free calculators that work off numbers you enter, so you can put a rough figure on an AI opportunity before you talk to anyone. They run in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent, and there's no signup.
The tools
What's here
One tool so far, with more to come. Each one runs on your inputs and shows its formula, so nothing about the result is a black box.
- Estimate
ROI estimator
Enter how often a task runs, how long it takes, and how much of that time you'd hand to an automation. The estimator returns the hours it could give back a year, and the cost and payback if you add your own rates. Your numbers, in your browser, nothing saved.

Where they fit
A rough number before a real one
A tool gives you a back-of-the-envelope figure from your own numbers. It's a starting point, not a quote. Once a process looks worth a closer read, the Automation Score helps you judge whether it's a strong candidate, and the Free AI Opportunity Assessment is where we run the real numbers on your processes with you.
Ready when you are
Put a real number on it
The tools give you a rough estimate. The Free AI Opportunity Assessment is where we look at how your business actually runs and tell you, honestly, which opportunities are worth pursuing and what they'd return.
Common questions
- What are these tools?
- They are small, free calculators that run on numbers you enter, so you can put a rough figure on an AI decision before you talk to anyone. They run in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent, and there is no signup.
- How are the tools different from the frameworks?
- The frameworks explain how we judge an AI opportunity: the Automation Score reads one process, and the AI Opportunity Matrix ranks a set of them. The tools let you run your own numbers through that thinking. The ROI estimator, for example, turns your inputs into an estimate of the hours and cost a task could give back.
- Do the tools use industry benchmarks?
- No. Every figure a tool shows is calculated from the numbers you enter, with the formula written out on the page. There are no hidden averages or assumed savings. Where a number is a judgment call, like how much time an automation would remove, you set it yourself.
